Facade panels

Rolomatik is one of the first companies in Serbia to win a new construction system with facade thermally insulated panels.

In cooperation with the world-renowned manufacturer Kingspan, we install a complete range of facade panels. These are panels of assembly – disassembly type that are easily integrated with the supporting structure, conventional materials (brick, concrete, doors, windows) and other construction methods.

They are used for facilities for a wide range of purposes, from production halls and warehouses through refrigerators to administrative buildings in all branches of industry, logistics and institutions.

The panels are made of galvanized and plasticized steel sheet 0.6 and 0.5 mm thick, with IPN filling (Isophenic) or stone wool with a density of 100 kg / m3. There are different thicknesses from 40 to 200 mm with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.44 – 0.11 W / m2K.

All panels have domestic fire certificates (IMS) for a period of 30 to 90 minutes.

Construction with thermally insulated panels is fast and high quality. Thermal insulation meets the requirements of the project on energy efficiency, and acoustic insulation is in accordance with environmental standards. Modularity, the possibility of horizontal and vertical installation, a large selection of colors and profiling, radius panels give freedom to designers when designing a building.

Rolomatik has extensive experience, gained on a large number of built facilities throughout Serbia, which are largely successfully exploited.

Scope

Rolomatik, in cooperation with Kingspan, offers wall and facade panels for a wide range of facilities, from production halls and warehouses to refrigerators to office buildings in all branches of industry, logistics and institutions. The panels use a hidden and visible hanging method of fastening and can be placed vertically or horizontally, and are suitable as wall and facade cladding on all types of buildings.

Designers can use wall and facade cladding panels to visually direct attention to specific parts of the building or to present the client’s corporate identity.
