Roof panels
Fast installation of roof panels and their long service life with easy maintenance qualify this type of roof covering as extremely economically justified. Excellent heat penetration coefficient from 0.50 to 0.14 W / m2K satisfies all calculations and requirements of energy efficient construction.
Due to such good characteristics, for more than a decade, Rolomatik, in partnership with Kingspan, has been designing and installing thermally insulated sandwich panels.
The panels are made of galvanized and plasticized steel sheets with a filling of stone wool and Isophenic. For roof slopes of at least 4 ° (7%), panels with IPN filling (Isophenic) are used, which range in thickness from 40 to 160 mm. The minimum slope for stone wool panels is 6 ° (10%). The thickness of such panels ranges from 60 to 200 mm. The maximum length of both types of roof panel is 14500 mm, but they can be continued face to face with the use of appropriate folds and sealing strips.
Both types of roof panels have fire certificates (IMS) for 30 to 120 minutes.
The application of panels is wide, from production halls and cargo centers to canopies, garages and administrative buildings.
